Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an item. Products must be unused, in their original packaging when applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back.
Return Shipping and Fees
Dr. Squatch covers return shipping and provides a prepaid return label for approved returns. No restocking fee is charged.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions typically need 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Damage, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before shipment. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
